Throughout her early career, Fondin taught French and Spanish to middle and high school students, but still dreamed of becoming a full-time author like her favorite authors growing up, Danielle Steele and Judy Blume.
Her early writing career consisted of writing fiction, first a children’s book entitled, The Painted Scarf and later a new college romance fiction book called Forbidden Fruit: An Unlikely Love Story. But a bout with thyroid cancer at age 28, led Fondin to explore more about complementary and alternative medicine. When she discovered Ayurvedic medicine, she felt compelled to write a simple guide to help others who might be suffering.
Michelle Fondin’s mission is to help people get healthy with complementary and alternative medicine with a focus on integrative medicine. Her message has a penchant toward spirituality and life purpose. Her motto is, “Helping you get healthy so you can live the life of your dreams.
